Alenjandro,

   What was covered in Accra?  The problems in restricting registration in
.org, or the issues in "marketing" .org for non-commerical users.   These
are not the same issue.   If people can't imagine a concrete way to address
the marketing issue, it is because they really don't want to make the
effort.  I personally am quite disappointed in this.  The only ones who
really benefit from the Netsol type approach to marketing .org are the
registrars, who try to get everyone to buy multiple domains with the same
string.   This doesn't help the non-commercial or commerical users of the
Internet.  Jamie
