[ncdnhc-discuss] Names council candidates

[Norbert Klein]

After listening to the candidates presentation, and applying the
following criteria:

1. maintain the 9 At-Large Directors (or the 50% of the board elected)
2. supporting the Individual Domain Name Holders as an important element

I think Joan Lane was the person most clearly adhering to these
concerns.

I would be happy to see her elected.
