Milton,

This should have been discussed on the constituency mailing list. I 
am sure you will come up with some bullshit about your elected duty 
as an "adcom member".  Rubbish. Dave should have been given the 
opportunity to explain his relationship with Neustar and answer any 
questions you and other members might have.  Our procedures are 
clear, membership issues are to be discussed on the constituency list.

At no time has Dave tried to hide his relationship with Neustar, he 
volunteered information about his work for them (at or shortly before 
our meeting in Marina del Rey last year) when Neustar applied for one 
of the new TLDs. This is not a new issue.

I think it would be appropriate for the constituency's administrative 
committee to send an apology to Dave Crocker and Mr. Mazliach.
