I also did not know what CEDRP meant.
For those of you who don't want to bother following the
link that Adam subsequently provided, it means
Charter Eligibility Dispute Resolution Policy.

I'd like to request that folks try really hard to avoid
using acronyms without at least providing a definition
the first time the acronym is used.  Readers of the
emails frequently feel that they should know what something
means, and therefore they don't ask.   (Thanks, Adam,
for asking).  If you don't understand what people are
saying, you're not likely to participate in the discussion.

We tend to forget about how much jargon there is floating
around ICANN related discussions.  This makes is very
difficult for newcomers and even sometimes for those of
us who have been following the issues for a while.
