That's the detail!!!  The Resolution is already there.
 What we have to develop now is a kind guidelines or
code that guides such resolution!!!...

Good intentions, bad intentions...  I have checked
many country names in the Afilias whois database...and
all of them are registered by Companies that has as
bussiness to resell domain names!!!  

Of course, there are many people with legimit uses for
such country and geographical names.  However, this
people are not the Registrants of such domains...If
any one of you finds a Registrant of any domain name
based in a country named registered by such an
individual with a legimit use, then I am the first in
favor of such registration (I don't consider a legimit
use, the registration for the sole purpose of selling
the domain name to a country).

I would like to see a Policy developed that be in a
intermediate point between no having a policy at all,
or having a strict one, and please, take this as
motion to begin to work in this subject within the
NCDNCH.
