You can save 1 hour and 20 minutes by moving reports and approval of 
minutes to this mailing list, before the meeting.  This frees 33% of the 
meeting time for use in group discussion.

approval of minutes is usually a simple process, so it should be reasonable 
to do it over the mailing list.

reports are primarily one-way communications, so they are excellent to do 
over the mailing list.
