Dear all,

Thank you for adcom's decision!
I believe that Raul Echebarria would play a good role for that TF as a
representative of NCDNHC. His experience and contribution as a NAIS member
are convincing me that he is truly appropriate person for this work.
Of course, if it is allowed, I will try to work together for structure TF.
Even in very short term for future discussion of this TF, I hope that more
members than a few voices could contribute to the coming discussion of
future structure of DNSO and ICANN as a whole through this discussion
list.

Raul, I think that the present terms of reference of structure TF is
missing the issue of at large directors seats. It seems only to
concentrate on Supporting Organization's composition and its functions.
However, if some change is given to the present SO structures, it would
affect the ratio of at large directors in Board members, and it must lead
to very decisive and significant structural change in ICANN decision
making process as a whole. Nevertheless, the present ToR seems to preclude
its possible discussion. Therefore, I think that this should be included
in TOR as one independent item to be discussed.

Regards,

Chun Eung Hwi
