Milton, as someone who is extremely sensitive to matters of conflict of 
interest, you should consider that the person who oversees a process does 
not also try to control the content of the process.

Your focus should be taking nominations from others, and ensuring a fair 
and efficient process.

If you feel strongly that it is more important to push the details of your 
own agenda, then you should not be on the Adcom.  Remember that Adcom is 
about administrative assistance.  It is not about making decisions for the 
constituency.
