Eung Hwi,

a non-commercial organization comes to us and gives us a representative.
He is not representing anybody else in the DNSO constituencies. He has
exposed publicly the points where there could be a conflict of interest.
We take him in, and where his positions seem bound by a conflict in
loyalties between the company where he is an advisor and the
non-commercial principles we have, we find out case by case whether there
is such a conflict and more important, whether it has any bearing on the
discussion at hand. The worse it can get is that he may recuse himself
from some votes and/or discussions. Which is what you all have seen happen
in the Board, BTW.

Is this answer enough? Can we go back to substance?
