[ncdnhc-discuss] Revised security resolution

Alejandro:
I believe I may still have time to fix that typo
before materials are duplicated, but I'm away and
a grad student is working on it.
But if that's all we're discussing at this point
the amendment can be made in session. 

There have been other comments proposing minor
and some not-so-minor changes. It's your 
resolution still, Alejandro, so if you
accept these changes they become part of the
initial document we discuss, and if you don't
accept them they have to be voted on.

a typo only, near the end it says "stability security2 and should read
"stability and security".

Other comments? a sense of convergence to move forward?
