It is also very damaging to the NCDNHC to have a representative who 
misrepresents the constituency and falsely claims that there are decisions 
made by the constituency that have not been made.

Milton's mail to SVPAL falsely indicated that a decision had been made and 
falsely indicated that a particular policy existed.

It is worth noting that Milton did not consult the NCDNHC -- or even bother 
to inform the constituency -- about the session he has organized for next 
week, to compete with the ICANN security sessions.  Note that the 
constituency discussion was quite clearly in support of the security 
discussions.

In other words, folks, Milton had demonstrated contempt for the NCDNHC in 
every possible way.

Why does this constituency continue to have such a destructive representative?
