NCDNHC Adcom has voted to make Raul Echeberria
the official NCDNHC representative to the
Structure Task Force. Philip, please add him
to all necessary lists. In addition, if it is
possible for another NCDNHC member to participate
in a non voting capacity, please add also 
Chun Eung Hwi.
