I am not asking to rewrite the NC policy if the NC votes that they don't
want to write it.
What I am saying is that the NCDNHC finally have an official position on
it based
on its own process of developing such official positions. And then
such oficial position
made by us internally, then we expose it to Names Council, to
ICANN Board, etc.

Ok, that will be outlined more clearly in a separate resolution
proposal.

Why we have simply to endorse or not endorse something made
by people outside the NCDNHC when we can produce oficial documents and
positions on our own
then to share them to the NC and ICANN Board?

Yes, but there are other issues that are not covered in the .ORG TF
works that also deserves to be voted (especially those points
2 and 6 of the Initial Position that it seems you want to leave them in
the unknow dimension)

We don't have any oficial resolution yet about any .ORG policy Milton
