Hi Chris and all:
I read the bill and besides my opinion that I am not agree that US wants to
create a .KIDS TLD before creating a .KIDS.US I just must say that all the
almost all bill have my own concepts that I shared with the constituency in
one year ago about .KIDS and that
we discussed in Marina del Rey the past year.
Also I am glad that finally USA lawyers are understading the implications of
forcing ICANN to create a domain. And as Andrew McLaughlin said:
"For the U.S. Government to begin to make unilateral decisions about a
global resources (the DNS) would be viewed with
considerable concern by all the countries and players that have bought into
the ICANN process," he said.

I hope USA desist to force ICANN to create .KIDS TLD without proper
Interantional Community process.
Best Regards
Vany
