I want to note that ccTLDs are very diverse in their poistions to many
ICANN issues. It makes them take into considration the structure of making
consensus seriously. And with respect to other things than ccTLD's own
issues, they will seek close cooperation with DNSO. This could be defined
clearly in making Charter of ccSO as well.
