Hi Dave:
Still the online vote hasn't taken place yet. Until then, I think some
issues can still be discussed.
And, if Milton is requesting a guidance regarding .ORG, well...I think
it is good to clarify terms and definitions
that hasn't being brought before to this constituency regarding this
issue (as definitions, TLD Unesponsored and Sponosored
Agreement existing models, etc) and make our members to think in what
they will select.
