[Ncuc-af] Topics for ICANN 80 in Kigali

Hi everyone

Thank you for your responses.

@arsene yes this is what we hope for and we would love to do outreach
before and during the meeting.

The meeting would be in Kigali Rwanda

For the moment the majority is in favour of the topic related to afrinic,
we will keep the discussion open for some days to see if new topics pop up.

Also kindly when sending your suggestions choose the "reply all"  option
instead of private emails so that we all benefit from your thoughts.
