[Ncuc-af] Topics for ICANN 80 in Kigali

Dear NCUC Africa members


Since ICANN80 will be in the Africa region, which doesn’t happen very
often, we would like to hear about topics that have a particular relevance
to the African region.

Some topics we thought of are:


   - Applicant support program
   - ICANN Grant Program
   - Afrinic legal  issues and consequences for the non-profits, activists,
   researchers, etc
   - Internet shutdown and Human rights (Digital rights) implications

Also it would be interesting for us to know if you think you will be
attending the meeting in person.
