[Ncuc-af] Summary of NCUC-Africa Skype Call

Thanks you Ben for taking the lead and for sharing the notes. I apologise
for registering my attendance late into the meeting.

I agree with the deliberations of the meeting, and on the need to frequent
such calls as they help to familiarise members with NCUC Activities.
