[Ncuc-af] NCUC Africa call (Meeting postponed for July)

Hi members,

As you might be aware that yesterday we were supposed to have a meeting at
5 pm UTC but due to low attendance of 5 members after 30 minutes of
waiting, a call for a postponement was made since we had only 30 minutes
remaining. I, therefore, request that you continue providing your comments
on the strategy document

in the meanwhile. For purposes of additional comments and input, the
deadline will be extended to 12 July, giving us an additional 3 weeks.
Presentation and discussion will take place at one of the forthcoming ICANN
meetings after we have exhausted all community processes.

A final date will be set after ICANN65 via a Doodle poll for us to obtain
enough time to hold another meeting around July and solicit for comments
from the community, EC and the NCSG PC, before formal adoption, which may
take from 1 upto 2 more months to complete.

Furthermore, given that some might be attending AIS or preparing for
Marrakesh, postponing was the best option for now, I, therefore, request
everyone to also help try to provide direction in how we should answer the
following questions based on the strategy document

1. Do we use the name of NCUC, NCSG or do we completely change the title of
the document? Given that NCSG does not have a regional mailing list and NPO
needs to be incorporated into this strategy according to most of the
comments.

2. Who is willing to volunteer to edit and work on the language of the
document
