[Ncuc-af] Fwd: Important!!! Reminder on the NCUC Africa concept document

Dear all,  I went through the document and it has much of value.  It will
however need to be edited just for language since none of us have English
as our first language.  Please give enough time for this. If you would like
me to look at it. Please let me know. That kind of edit should only happen
after all the ideas and thinking is over otherwise it can become
frustrating for everyone.  I cannot remember now if we have spoken about
specific research on impact of certain ICANN decisions on Africa. We need
partnerships with some academic institutions to make it happen.
