[Ncuc-af] Fwd: Important!!! Reminder on the NCUC Africa concept document

Thato thanks for bringing this up. It will be nice to give a point on those
who are against using NCSG which is the umbrella of non-commercial
stakeholders for our records so that we know those against it.
For me, this should not be only NCUC document as the African continent like
NCSG is involved in NPOC also, so instead going by any of the
Constituencies, lets rest on NCSG to drive this, otherwise we are dividing
ourselves within NCSG.
