Dear NCUC - Africa members,
Can we take some days to read the adjoining materials about this public
comment and after Friday 20 Dec 2019.
We start collating our views on the draft document.

Let us engage, please. We are to support each other.

Kind regards,
Benjamin

Subject: Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on Third
Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT3) Draft Report
To: <NCSG-DISCUSS at listserv.syr.edu>

hi all,

ICANN published a new public consultation on Third Accountability and
Transparency Review Team (ATRT3) Draft Report. This special review is
important one for us as it is covering several areas such as board, PDP,
public comments, GAC. For more background and explanation you can find more
info here:
https://www.icann.org/public-comments/atrt3-draft-report-2019-12-16-en

I created this google doc to be used during the drafting and accessible to
all in order to kick off the discussion asap by the drafting team:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/17E1b3LQpH_86oU2OqZwxEAfMjmu3NVfbtTz8oemjNG8/edit?folder=0AMJI0CB4QegiUk9PVA

Please let me offline if you want to volunteer to participate in drafting
the NCSG comment and join the team. We need a small team of volunteers to
work on this comment and everyone is welcome to join..

You can find previous public comments submitted by NCSG in this wiki page
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Public+Comments+-+2019 and
listing those who drafted them.

Best Regards,

Rafik Dammak

NCSG Policy Committee Chair
