[Ncuc-af] NCUC Africa call (Meeting postponed for July)

Dear NCUC Africa members,

We just wrappedup the call to discuss the document.

The deadline of August 31st was set up for Africa members to review the
document before submitting it to leadership for review.

There was a suggestion of adding a paragraph at the beginning on data about
Africa and the objectives of the doc.

Reminders will be sent until August 31st for reviewing purposes.
