[Ncuc-af] NCSG and NCUC elections

Dear Rafik, with your tremendous experience within ICANN and your knowledge, it is no doubt that you can serve as one of our mentor here. Before I forget, would you suggest some policy discussions that you find can impact Africa from our standpoint of view? I am sure that having an ideal to defend will rally us around a common cause. You should take the lead here, you have had experience at every level (member, NCUC chair, NCSG Policy Committee Chair, GNSO council, etc.)

For the rest, I suggest that people who want to volunteer for an electing position show up here and we can build support for them and a strategy to win.
