Dear NCUC Africa Members,

I wish all a Happy New Year filled with joy and success. December 2017 was
a great and busy month to many countries around Africa that had their
National IGFs, National Hackathon Competitions and our African IGF in Sharm
El Sheikh Egypt.
It was also very interesting to see many African initiatives presented at
the Global IGF in Geneva and we keep fingers crossed to have more African
Representation at next editions.

Now, back to our new NCUC initiative of having regional webinars, let us
try to discuss one topic for our next webinar.
