Peter,

I am sure anyone can apply and seek support to attend a regional event through the CROP, on behalf if the NCUC.

What you need to do is to send your application to NCUC (following guidelines) and give details about what you intend to do at the IFF.

Ines can correct me if i am wrong. The idea i am pushing for is to have more applicants so that there is competition and then leave it to the EC to decide on who will best use CROP.
