[Ncuc-af] Topics and Presenters for NCUC Africa Regional Webinar

[Farell Folly]

Dear all,

While access and education are particularly important for our  case, I
suggest  we start the 1st webinar by introducing  The NCUC and ICANN world
 to the people  of Africa and explain why it is so important  that they
 contibute to DNS policy works and how they can start.
It will also give them  ( us) the opportunity to tell us (and us to know)
what they are interested in, what is important for them and what should be
our focus.
