[Ncuc-af] Topics and Presenters for NCUC Africa Regional Webinar

Dear Ines,

   To question 1, 3 and 4 is a YES for me. It will be good to stick with
topics within NCUC and ICANN remit. Therefore, at the introduction stage, I
suggest a short brief of ICAN and NCUC choice of topics and scope as there
are numerous issues in the ICT environment we are faced with.
