[Membership-affairs] Shall we extend the survey's deadline?

Thanks Stephanie & Stefania,

I'll send out a final reminder and extend the deadline for another two
weeks.

The situation in Yemen is tough indeed but one has to do what one has to
do. I try to let my emotions not affect my work even if it isn't easy.
