[Membership-affairs] Seeking your feedback on a membership engagement survey

Hi Walid,
For some unknown reason, I did not receive the mail of the survey and
follow-up from Amr and Jao.
I have now gone to look at the survey, it seem quite simple which is a
plus; one should avoid too lengthy and text based surveys. In addition to
what has been suggested, may I suggest that we add a question that attempts
to determine level of understanding of ncuc/ncsg relationship. The
following may be helpful question:

"In brief what do you understand to be relationship between NCUC and NCSG"

The above can be remodeled to have multiple choice and not text response.
