[NCUC Inreach] [EC-NCSG] 5 new individual applicants to vote on

Hi Bill,

when they apply people choose to select to join npoc or ncuc, at NCSG Ec
will only approve NCSg membership i.e. becoming NCSG member, to be join
ncuc or npoc is up to the respective EC . NCSG EC cannot decide for you who
are you members (we had situation that npoc approved members to join them
bu ineligible to join NCSG). the flow is join ncsg first and then after you
ahve to be approved by ncuc or npoc or just being "homeless".
the doc google is the result of google form and in the last field you find
the choice of application of which constituency he want to join (the
pending application file is short list to make it more for easy to EC to
review). hopefully we can wish to get more convenient system.
