[NCUC Finance] financial report for 2012

Hello all,
Here is a simple accounting of revenues and expenditures on a monthly basis for 2012. 

I've never been formally asked for any regular reporting, and have always felt uncomfortable about this, but never had the time to take the initiative. Now with the finance team we can get things underway.
