[NCUC E-team] Managed hosting for NCUC

Dear Farzaneh,
A small correction:
There's no NCUC data on my servers, NCUC has it's own virtual server.
I do have some *NCSG* data on my machines though that'd be better moved elsewhere, but no NCUC stuff.
As it is, the NCUC server could easily host NCSG mailing lists, should NCUC and NCSG agree. NPOC too, for that matter.
Whether or not it'd be better to move it to Amazon is... not obvious. But just getting away from my servers is no argument there from NCUC perspective.
Note, I'm presently traveling in Colombia with limited net access, I can explain this in detail better once I'm back home next week.
