[NCUC E-team] Changes in the list and skype channel

Hi everyone

Changes were just recently made to this list and the unofficial skype channel
This list will remain with folks who volunteered to take on tasks
related to the website (the technical tasks and some major content
tasks). There's also some people who have specific historical
knowledge about the site here who we may consult.
So will the channel.
