I don’t see why we can’t authorise the amount, surely this is a recurring and 100% essential cost?

I think we should do whatever it takes not to stop the service. So I'm ok with whatever you want to do. Others please chip in.

Right, I made a small payment as well.
Previously, NCUC has made ~ 350 USD payment which typically covers about a year of service IIRC.

Hi Brenden,
I made 15USD credit payment last time. How much do we need by year approximately?
Best,
Rafik

We have about 60 hours left to add credits before the server goes down. I suppose I can make another small payment to cover the interim period if Milton is in transit. Please advise.

We need to replenish the Gandi account for NCUC's website and email hosting. We typically make an annual payment of around 350 USD. If the EC approves this expense please have Milton, who is the financial contact on the account, make payment.
Thanks,
Brenden
