[NCUC E-team] NCUC Site is Down

Thanks to Brenden we're back in business, but the cause
of the problem is unknown.

Looking at logs I see lots of these:

nf_conntrack: table full, dropping packet.

That means more traffic than iptables (firewall) packet
tracking can handle. That explains the on-off behaviour
we saa earlier, but the source of that extra traffic
is still unknown.
