[NCUC E-team] Excellent Summary to publish on our site

I think we need to improve the website content publishing at least the summary of NCUC interests before the meeting, also the agenda in sequence when available. We discuss the threads but to summarize it allow to help us and newbies. 

Also I think is very important to publish something about the 16 anniversary of NCUC, no post, nothing.
