[NCUC E-team] priv-list (was Re: [NCSG-Discuss] quick question)

Should the list actually be removed, lest it cause confusion
in the future?

All subscribers have been removed and there are no archives
as no messages were ever sent to the list, so it would be easy
to remove completely. As it is, one can still try to subscribe
it and send messages to it (although presumably without success).
