[NCUC E-team] [GANDI] Insufficient credits in your account

Attached is the invoice for credits purchased today with NCUC bank
account.  Our account now shows enough credits to run the server until
approximately August 2016.

Milton is also reimbursing me for the interim credits I purchased (invoices
attached as well).
