Dear Executive Committee,

We need to refill our account with Gandi to continue using their services. The website was suspended over the weekend (I missed the warning messages because I was backpacking in the Adirondacks), but I refilled the account ($15.30) with enough credits to last another 11 days.

Another approximately 13 months service will cost $336 and can be paid by credit card.  Can you please authorize this expense so our treasurer can proceed quickly?
