[NCUC E-team] Need new Program Team mail list

We have begun to form a group to plan the NCUC outreach event in Buenos Aires and it’s become clear that we need a mail list.  Copying everyone on varying Cc lists isn’t optimal, and anyway what we do should be transparent and open to other members.  In fact, I would like to invite anyone interested to join.

I had asked Maryam to establish the list, and she reports that she doesn’t have authorization to do so.  To be honest, I’m not sure at this point who all does—Joly? Brenden? Tapani? Stefi?  I would think that Maryam should be authorized though….

Could someone please establish a list Program Team ICANN 53 (e.g. pt53 at lists.ncuc.org <mailto:programteam53 at lists.ncuc.org>) and include the following initial members:

Not all of these people are currently NCUC members but that doesn’t matter.  After Buenos Aires we can retire the list.
