As you may have noticed on the main list, there's been discussion about wanting to do in-reach/member engagement activities, and I've suggested that that dormant Membership Affair list is the appropriate spot for drill down discussions of that so anyone who wants to participate should just subscribe.   So hopefully some folks will choose to do that, and to sustain discussion and even develop and implement good ideas.  We'll see what happens, but in the meantime, yes please approve subscriptions from any valid address in the data base. Looks like Stephanie is first in the door.  I'll try again to recruit a coordinator, nobody has wanted it.

We may go through the same process in Q1 if people decide they want to take another run at the bylaws, in which case that dormant list could fire up.  Same deal, need a coordinator etc.  Thought I had one last year but...promises promises.

Oh, and when people are added, they should be added to the listings at http://www.ncuc.org/participate/working-teams/. I don't know if that's automated.  And if not, obviously the names shown there should match those actually subscribed to lists, so if someone's quit a list they should be removed.  Maryam if you have an idle moment on the clock maybe you could review and ensure list subs and web listings are in synch?
