[NCUC E-team] NCUC YouTube channel

Ok, got it figured out.

The NCUCtv channel is associated with NCUC's Google Account
(ncuc.org at gmail.com). I'll put the information on the protected page
when I have a chance.

Anyway, I have accessed that account, and invited Joly to be a manager
on the NCUCtv channel.  So, Joly, have at it!
