[NCUC E-team] Ye ole problem of getting new members listed and on board

Sorry it was my mistake Joly.  They’ve actually joined NPOC, and we were discussing approaches about them maybe joining NCUC, which I somehow misremembered as having been answered in the affirmative.  I believe as of now they have not, so you should delete them until they tell us otherwise.
