[NCUC E-team] Livestream for Friday.

Having conducted a successful test with Josh of ICANN I feel confident we
can produce a high quality webcast to accompany the AC etc on Friday. I
would suggest it be embedded on the ncuc.org homepage for the duration of
the event. Embed code can be found at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-OSzgOT3jA  - it's currently running a
countdown.

The stream will have DVR functionality so people will be able to backtrack
and review, and I will "highlight" the sessions and save them to separate
YouTube pages on the fly as the event progresses. Probably just adding a
simple [video] link next to the items on the agenda will serve to link to
those highlights.
