[NCUC E-team] Featured member spot on website home page?

What do you think about a "Featured Member" spot on the website home
page? We could place logos/pictures of organization(s)/individual(s)
who are currently contributing on home page.  E.g., put Article 19
logo up with link to their website, document, etc.  Or maybe a local
(Singapore) member organization.
