[NCUC E-team] shared docs with how to handle everything

Dear Stefania and all,
Apache, the webserver we're using, has password protection built-in (.htaccess files). While I have always used Nginx so far, Apache is very well-documented, and I've created a password-protected section of the website,
http://www.ncuc.org/protected/
that currently has your Google Doc file as an HTML page:
http://www.ncuc.org/protected/eteamtasks.html

I'm not sure if there exists any WordPress plugin to manipulate .htaccess files within arbitrary directories (inside the WordPress path, of course). Some quick online searches so far only show plugins that would enable .htaccess password protection on /wp-admin/. (Would any of the others know of any such plugins?)

Given that this current mailing list is public, I am not sharing the password to access www.ncuc.org/protected/ on it. I'll mail it separately to the e-team members.

And Stefania, I'm mailing you the member database password separately. You can use that to access phpPgAdmin. Once you've done updating the members list, could you please export the names of all individual members and the representatives of member orgs (basically, all the actual people) as a csv file and send that across to me? It'll help later if I have to create usernames for everybody on XMPP.

Regards,
Pranesh
