Sorry for the delayed response. For a faster response in future, I
suggest you put my address directly in the To: field so that the mail
doesnt get hidden in many others.

Regarding your question, the rotating banner is updated automatically
by a script, based on the member's database. If they are any new
members and are in the db, you don't need to worry. Same applies to
other member stats. The script that does that is
/home/membadm/makestats.sh

You might however want update the banner announcing NCUC conference
and CD meeting. Attached is one that I used to edit but you will need
to change the background to one of the prominent sites at the venue
(or in Singapore), update the meeting logo and dates.
