[NCUC E-team] [NCUC-Events] Fixing the website, starting with team listings

Joly, the point I was trying to make was that the role of "coordinator"
was being indicated through a hack in the mailing list (by adding ",
coordinator" to the name), and that that is an easy way to fix who's
designated on the website as "coordinator" for any WG/Committee.
